Growth Marketing Executive – Acquisition, Activation & Automation

About the role

As Flowmingo’s dedicated growth hire, you will work directly with the founder to attract qualified companies and guide them to the point where the product delivers real value. This high‑ownership position involves building a marketing engine from the ground up, analysing data, running experiments, and scaling what works.

Key responsibilities

• Own signup and activation growth, set targets, and focus on the biggest bottlenecks in the funnel.
• Build and maintain a clear view of the growth funnel, tracking qualified sign‑ups, conversion rates, channel performance, cost per acquisition, and retention metrics.
• Design, launch, and evaluate focused growth experiments across landing pages, messaging, onboarding emails, LinkedIn content, short‑form video, SEO, cold outreach, and partnerships.
• Create and distribute organic growth content on LinkedIn, video, founder posts, customer stories, SEO assets, and community initiatives to generate qualified attention and demand.
• Leverage AI and automation tools for research, content production, lead enrichment, and campaign execution to accelerate marketing operations.

Required profile

• Data‑driven mindset with a passion for understanding numbers and identifying high‑impact opportunities.
• Comfortable designing hypotheses, running rapid experiments, and making clear decisions based on results.
• Hands‑on content creator who can write copy, produce short videos, and appear on camera when needed.
• Enthusiastic about using AI and automation to streamline marketing workflows.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑moving, founder‑direct environment.
