Growth Marketing Manager (AI-native)

About the role

Cobo is seeking a full‑stack Growth Marketing Manager to own the AI‑driven demand generation engine for its digital‑asset custody, wallet and payment solutions. This AI‑native role blends traditional digital marketing with emerging generative‑engine optimization to drive acquisition, activation and pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise end‑to‑end AI demand‑gen campaigns, including quarterly planning, channel strategy, budget allocation and performance measurement.
• Develop and manage GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives to ensure Cobo appears in AI‑search results on platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini.
• Own technical SEO, content strategy, backlink growth and paid search (SEM) programmes with disciplined budget control.
• Build and scale source channels on YouTube and LinkedIn, coordinating with freelancers to produce evergreen video and written content.
• Partner with Product to optimise the product‑led growth funnel through conversion analysis, A/B testing, CRO and user‑journey improvements.
• Design and maintain attribution models, growth dashboards and lifecycle reporting in collaboration with the data team.

Required profile

• Proven experience running multi‑channel growth campaigns in a fast‑moving tech or fintech environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product and marketing improvements.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with product, data and content teams.
