Growth Marketing Specialist – APAC

About the role

Flexischools is expanding its school‑ordering platform across Asia and the Middle East. Based in Singapore, you will execute the company’s proven growth‑marketing playbooks for the APAC region, turning strategy into measurable pipeline for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Run multi‑channel acquisition campaigns targeting schools and service operators across Singapore and APAC using frameworks set by HQ.
• Build, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads and LinkedIn.
• Adapt HQ demand‑generation copy for local audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage the regional website, SEO/AEO activities and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Provide sales enablement content such as case studies, one‑pagers and email sequences.
• Report performance, experiment with new channels and feed insights back to the Australian headquarters.

Required profile

• Hands‑on marketer who thrives in an autonomous, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written communication skills to localise messaging for APAC audiences.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end campaign execution without a supporting team.
