Guest Service Officer – Night Safari Operations

About the role

Join Mandai Wildlife Group as a Guest Service Officer for the Night Safari, where you will help deliver memorable wildlife experiences to visitors while ensuring smooth park operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations, including resource allocation and adherence to guest service protocols.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance the visitor experience.
• Address guest feedback, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Motivate, guide, and assist part‑time staff in delivering consistent service standards.
• Support training of part‑time staff in collaboration with the section lead.
• Assist with park safety procedures and enforcement.
• Maintain records of wildlife sightings and movements, and contribute to wildlife‑human management efforts.
• Conduct positive‑reinforcement training for wildlife enrichment and educate guests on conservation campaigns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, tourism, or a related customer‑service field.
• Strong communication abilities and an outgoing, energetic personality.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
