Head of Corporate Communications

About the role

Sephora SEA is seeking a Head of Corporate Communications to shape and execute the regional communication strategy across Southeast Asia and Oceania. Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, you will partner with senior leaders, global communications teams, and country General Managers to align messaging with business transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and roll out Sephora’s ambition and purpose into a cohesive internal narrative for a multi‑market retail organization.
• Position Sephora’s ecosystem as the leading beauty destination in the region through strategic external communications.
• Architect and scale a multi‑platform internal and external communications ecosystem, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
• Create and distribute regular updates on company priorities, achievements, and regional developments.
• Lead high‑impact content pillars that elevate retail leadership visibility and strengthen regional brand positioning.
• Build and maintain an internal voice at regional and country levels, championing employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR on townhalls, webinars, video, intranet, social media, and email communications.
• Bridge communication gaps across functions such as Finance, Tech, Marketing, Retail, and Digital.
• Drive awareness of Sephora’s global sustainability and CSR initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading corporate communications in a multi‑market retail environment.
• Strong strategic storytelling ability to translate leadership vision into actionable narratives.
• Demonstrated capability to work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience managing internal employee engagement programs and external brand positioning.
