Head of Corporate Communications

About the role

Sephora SEA is seeking a senior leader to shape and execute the regional corporate communications strategy across Southeast Asia and Oceania. Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, you will partner with market leaders, global communications teams, and country General Managers to align messaging, culture, and leadership narratives during a period of rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and roll out Sephora’s ambition and purpose across all SEA & ANZ markets, translating leadership vision into a cohesive internal narrative.
• Design and scale a multi‑platform communications ecosystem for both internal and external audiences.
• Produce regular updates on company priorities, achievements, and regional developments.
• Develop high‑impact content pillars that elevate Sephora’s retail leadership visibility and strengthen brand positioning.
• Ensure consistent, effective messaging across all channels, aligning with regional and global goals.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, including townhalls, webinars, video content, intranet, social media, and email communications.
• Collaborate with HR and cross‑functional teams (Finance, Tech, Marketing, Retail, Digital) to translate complex business priorities into clear messaging.
• Drive awareness of Sephora’s global sustainability and CSR programs within the region.

Required profile

• Proven senior communications leadership experience in a multi‑market, retail or consumer‑goods environment.
• Strong strategic narrative and storytelling capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience managing large‑scale employee engagement programs.
