Head of Delivery, JAPAC

About the role

The Head of Delivery, JAPAC will lead Tag’s creative production delivery function across the Japan‑Asia‑Pacific region. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape the regional delivery model, ensure high‑quality, commercially effective output, and drive operational excellence for a portfolio of iconic brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the regional delivery operating model, ensuring consistency, discipline and commercial control.
• Build and lead a high‑performing delivery organization across all JAPAC markets and production hubs.
• Partner with the Operations Director to standardise governance, workflow standards and foundational delivery systems.
• Make delivery performance visible through robust reporting, data integrity and operational insight.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, cost‑to‑serve, productivity, margin and operational maturity.
• Collaborate with Finance to meet People Cost Ratios, margin and profitability targets.
• Provide executive leadership on operational risk, escalation, delivery governance and business‑critical performance.

Required profile

• Senior regional leader with proven experience in creative production or marketing delivery.
• Strong operational discipline combined with commercial judgement.
• Track record of leading transformation initiatives and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Ability to build scalable, talent‑focused delivery ecosystems.
