Head of Delivery – JAPAC

About the role

The Head of Delivery, JAPAC leads Tag’s creative production delivery across the Japan‑Asia‑Pacific region. Reporting to senior leadership, this role shapes the regional delivery model, drives operational excellence and ensures high‑quality, scalable creative output for global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the regional delivery operating model, ensuring consistency, commercial control and governance.
• Build and lead a high‑performing delivery function across all JAPAC markets and production hubs.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, HR and Studio leadership to standardise workflows, reporting and delivery systems.
• Monitor delivery performance through data‑driven reporting, managing cost‑to‑serve, productivity, margin and operational maturity.
• Drive transformation initiatives that embed future production models and enhance industry leadership.
• Provide executive oversight of operational risk, escalation processes and delivery governance.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in creative production, operations or related fields within the APAC region.
• Strong commercial judgement with a track record of delivering profitable, scalable services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformation programmes and influence executive stakeholders.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills across Growth, Product, Finance, HR and Client Services.
