Head of Finance

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Finance to join our leadership team as we expand our healthcare education and innovation business across the region. The role will provide strategic financial leadership, strengthen governance and ensure disciplined execution while supporting sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Group’s full P&L, lead budgeting, forecasting and financial performance tracking, and deliver clear financial insights to management.
• Develop long‑term financial plans, scenario modelling and support investment and expansion decisions with rigorous analysis.
• Oversee cash flow, receivables, payables and inventory, improve working‑capital management and maintain sufficient liquidity.
• Provide financial oversight of the distribution business, manage pricing, margins, rebates and distributor agreements, and identify profitability improvement opportunities.
• Lead tax planning and compliance across multiple jurisdictions, ensure timely audit and statutory reporting, and strengthen financial controls and risk management.
• Review and transform finance processes, drive automation, systems and digital tools to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead and develop the finance team, partner with senior management and country teams, and deliver practical financial advice for business decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Head of Finance, Finance Director or Senior Regional Finance Manager in a distribution‑based business.
• Background in medical devices, healthcare or a similarly regulated industry is highly preferred.
• Strong track record in P&L management, cash‑flow, working‑capital and margin management.
• Extensive experience leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Deep understanding of tax and compliance across multiple jurisdictions, especially in Southeast Asia.
• Experience managing multi‑entity and cross‑border finance operations, ideally across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand.
