Head of FX & Structured Products

About the role

The Head of FX & Structured Products will lead the development, management and growth of foreign exchange, structured investment and treasury solutions for the wealth management segment. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape product strategy, drive revenue and ensure robust risk and regulatory governance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute treasury product strategy to achieve business growth.
• Lead product development and innovation for FX, derivatives and structured products.
• Oversee product governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and deliver cross‑functional projects.
• Control the full product lifecycle from concept to market launch.
• Provide team leadership, talent development and performance management.
• Engage with clients and market to capture feedback and identify opportunities.
• Build strategic partnerships and ensure governance frameworks are adhered to.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in Treasury, FX, Structured Products or Capital Markets.
• Proven leadership experience managing treasury or capital‑markets teams.
• Strategic, analytical and commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
