Head of HR – Singapore

About the role

Knight Frank Singapore is seeking a high‑calibre Head of HR to lead the HR function across all Singapore entities. You will shape and execute a people strategy that aligns talent management with the firm’s business objectives, driving performance and enriching employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior management with strategic HR counsel, identifying priorities and developing policies that support organisational goals.
• Revamp and integrate the full spectrum of HR functions for all Singapore entities, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Lead, guide and manage HR teams to deliver programmes efficiently, simplifying and automating processes where possible.
• Drive HR transformation projects, including HRIS upgrades, performance‑management system implementation, and other technology‑enabled initiatives.
• Design and implement talent‑attraction, development and retention initiatives to meet strategic workforce needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR functions in a complex, multi‑entity environment.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into HR actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
• Track record of delivering HR transformation and process‑automation projects.
