Head of IT & Cybersecurity

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of IT & Cybersecurity to shape and execute the technology and security strategy of our organisation. You will own the end‑to‑end IT infrastructure, ensure a resilient cyber‑defence posture, and lead a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the infrastructure roadmap across end‑user devices, networks, data‑centre and cloud environments.
• Oversee daily IT operations, service management and vendor performance to maintain high system uptime.
• Develop and execute the cybersecurity strategy, including architecture, threat management, incident response and SOC oversight.
• Establish security policies, standards and governance frameworks (PDPA, ISO 27001, NIST) and lead risk assessments.
• Conduct security design reviews and embed secure‑by‑design principles in all projects.
• Manage third‑party and vendor relationships, including risk assessments and SLA compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely remediation of findings.
• Lead, mentor and develop the infrastructure and security teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and technology risk.
• Recent leadership experience managing large‑scale technology and security functions.
• Strong understanding of network and cloud operations, IT service management and security governance.
