Head of Organisational Effectiveness & Change Management (SEAA)

About the role

Chanel is seeking a senior leader to drive organisational effectiveness and change management across Southeast Asia and Australia & New Zealand. Reporting to the Director of People & Organisation (P&O) SEAA, the role will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and shape the region’s operating model, capabilities and transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the organisation effectiveness agenda for the SEAA region, assessing current operating models and identifying evolution pathways.
• Design and evolve regional operating models, including centralisation, hub‑and‑spoke and hybrid structures.
• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and capability building, ensuring the right skills and domains are developed.
• Lead end‑to‑end transformation and change‑management initiatives that deliver measurable business performance.
• Establish a robust, repeatable change‑management framework and connect organisational design to business outcomes.
• Influence senior leadership to co‑create organisational solutions that support Chanel’s strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a strategic architect and transformation partner in a multinational environment.
• Strong advisory capability with senior executives and ability to influence at the highest levels.
• Deep understanding of organisational design, capability development and change‑management principles.
• Track record of delivering large‑scale transformation programmes that improve performance and scalability.
