Head of Product Management - Payments

About the role

A leading financial technology and payments organisation based in Singapore is recruiting, through Kerry Consulting, a commercially driven Head of Product Management. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and as a key member of the leadership team, you will define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap across merchant acquiring, consumer and digital payment solutions, with full P&L accountability for the product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new product innovation, revenue growth, profitability and market expansion
• Lead strategic decisions on product development, investment prioritisation, pricing and portfolio optimisation
• Manage a team of product professionals and oversee the product lifecycle from ideation and development through launch, adoption and commercial performance
• Collaborate with commercial, technology, finance and operations teams to find new market opportunities, improve customer experience and strengthen competitive positioning

Required profile

• Degree qualified product management leader with extensive experience in merchant acquiring and payments acceptance
• Proven track record of owning and leading acquiring-side product portfolios, including strategy, roadmaps, development, launches and lifecycle management
• Experience building and leading product management teams, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver measurable results

Required skills

• Strong commercial and P&L ownership, including product pricing, profitability, merchant adoption and portfolio optimisation
• Deep knowledge of merchant acquiring economics, payment acceptance infrastructure and the payments ecosystem, ideally across physical and digital acquiring solutions
