Head of Professional Services – Singapore

About the role

SHL is seeking a visionary leader to head its Professional Services function in Singapore. Reporting to the Head of Southeast Asia, you will shape strategy, drive growth, and deliver cutting‑edge people insights across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional leadership to define and execute the Professional Services business strategy, identifying new market opportunities.
• Drive revenue and delivery excellence through disciplined project management, accurate forecasting, and optimal resource allocation.
• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of senior consultants and project managers, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Act as executive sponsor for critical projects and represent SHL at industry events to enhance brand presence.
• Provide expert consulting in job analysis, assessment design, and organizational psychology to solve complex client challenges.

Required profile

• BSc or Master’s degree in psychology or a related discipline.
• Deep knowledge of talent assessment, data analytics, and organizational psychology trends.
• Proven leadership in professional services with a track record of commercial growth.
• Strong ability to identify business opportunities and manage P&L/revenue targets.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and representing the SHL brand.
