Head of Retail Learning, South Asia Pacific

About the role

The Head of Retail Learning, South Asia Pacific will shape and execute the regional learning strategy for Tiffany & Co.'s retail network across seven diverse markets. Reporting to senior leadership, you will partner with Retail Excellence, Market Leadership, Human Resources and Global Retail Learning to translate business priorities into scalable learning solutions that elevate client experience, selling effectiveness and retail performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the South Asia Pacific Retail Learning strategy, aligning with global priorities and regional commercial objectives.
• Develop the regional learning roadmap, annual priorities, operating rhythms and governance processes.
• Collaborate with Global Retail Learning to influence program development and ensure regional relevance.
• Build cross‑functional partnerships with Retail Excellence, Market Leadership, HR, Client Relations, Merchandising and Operations.
• Guide localisation of tools, resources and programs while maintaining Tiffany standards.
• Recruit, develop and manage a high‑performing team of approximately 10 Retail Learning Managers and Field Coaches.
• Monitor and continuously improve learning delivery, impact measurement and ROI across markets.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in retail learning, training or development, preferably within luxury or premium retail.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align learning initiatives to commercial goals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple functions and cultures.
• Demonstrated ability to build, coach and lead high‑performing teams.
• Deep understanding of retail operations, clienteling, product knowledge and service excellence.
