Head of Sales Operation BA IAPAC

About the role

The Head of Sales Operation BA IAPAC will lead sales performance, growth initiatives and commercial support across the APAC region for Continental's ContiTech business. The role ensures data‑driven decision making, drives KPI visibility and coordinates cross‑functional teams to deliver market targets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer engagement KPIs, order intake performance and pipeline health; run regular performance review meetings.
• Drive CRM discipline, data quality and opportunity tracking across SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Track distributor and key account performance, translate strategic initiatives into measurable KPIs and action plans.
• Design and administer rebate, incentive and bonus programmes; support operational pricing.
• Manage customer authorization frameworks, commercial notifications, claims and escalations.
• Own and optimise core sales systems landscape and develop centralized Power BI dashboards for leadership reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor degree in SCM, Business, Economics or Operations.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales operations, commercial excellence or related roles, with proven KPI‑driven performance management.
• Significant experience in regional/international organisations and cross‑functional leadership.
• Intercultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multi‑cultural APAC environment.
