Head of Sales & Service Marine – South East Asia

About the role

As the Head of Sales & Service Marine for South East Asia, Taiwan & Korea, you will lead the marine sales and service organisation for Volvo Penta. Reporting to the Head of Marine Asia, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, growing market share and ensuring profitability across marine engines, parts and soft‑offer sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial plans that drive sales growth, profitability and market‑share in the assigned region.
• Lead the local marine sales and service team to meet revenue targets, expand market penetration and secure strong customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and market segments to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marine to define long‑term business strategies for the marine segment and importer markets.
• Monitor financial performance, KPIs and cash flow, implementing measures to optimise margins and costs.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts using analytics, market intelligence and deep customer knowledge.
• Foster a high‑performance culture, provide mentorship, and identify training needs for the team.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in marine sales or a related technical sales environment.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with dealers, customers and partners.
