Healthcare Assistant – Spa Massage Therapist

About the role

We are an established authentic massage outlet expanding our team in Singapore. As a Healthcare Assistant you will deliver professional spa massage services, ensuring a high standard of care and a welcoming environment for our diverse clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consistent body and foot massage treatments in line with spa standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of treatment rooms and overall spa facilities.
• Prepare treatment products, manage inventory, and ensure towel supply.
• Handle customer queries and concerns politely and efficiently.
• Follow instructions from the Spa Manager and adhere to all operational procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in foot reflexology and body massage.
• Possession of ITEC, WSQ, or equivalent massage certification.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to tolerate body and foot odours and perform regular sanitisation.
• Pleasant personality, hardworking attitude, and commitment to professional service.
