Healthcare HR Manager (HR Generalist) – East Region

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to take on a strategic and hands‑on leadership role within our healthcare business in Singapore's East Region. You will manage the full employee lifecycle while driving digitalisation and process improvements to support our growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll, learning & development, and off‑boarding.
• Partner with senior management and department heads to provide strategic HR support.
• Drive HR digitalisation initiatives, streamline processes, and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies and SOPs in line with Singapore employment regulations.
• Oversee payroll administration and ensure statutory compliance.
• Support manpower planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Analyse HR metrics and prepare reports for business decisions.
• Foster a positive workplace culture as a trusted HR business partner.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and HR best practices.
• Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
• Experience leading HR digitalisation or transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Healthcare industry experience is an advantage.
