About the role

The HR Functional Consultant will lead, develop, implement and integrate initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Performance Management, Payroll, Workforce and data administration for KRIS INFOTECH.

Key responsibilities

Drive continuous improvement of HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Analyze complex challenges and develop innovative solutions for workforce planning and organizational growth.
Provide subject‑matter expertise on global process design, deployment and maintenance of contractual scope of work.

Required profile

Advanced proficiency in Business Operating Model and Business Requirements Gathering.
Experience with contract solution gap analysis and agentic HR design or development.
Ability to collaborate, manage teams and engage with multiple stakeholders.
