About the role

We are seeking a part‑time or full‑time Recruiter to support our client’s talent acquisition efforts. You will manage the end‑to‑end hiring process and receive training and clear guidelines.

Key responsibilities

Brainstorm, write and publish job postings.
Process applicants and review resumes according to company requirements.
Conduct preliminary checks and screen candidates.
Monitor and maintain job portals such as FastJobs.
Stay updated on hiring trends across demographics and age ranges.
Support ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

Singaporean or PR status.
Good command of English; fluency in Chinese is a plus.
Full A‑level, local Diploma or Degree (undergraduates welcome).
Experience in hiring and recruitment is helpful but not mandatory.

What we offer

Flexible work hours – 2 to 5 days a week, you decide.
Competitive hourly rate up to $25 plus incentives.
Company bonus exceeding $1,600.
