Healthcare Informatics Officer

About the role

SingHealth is looking for a Healthcare Informatics Officer to support the development and implementation of clinical informatics and digital transformation initiatives that improve patient care and operational efficiency. The role works closely with clinicians, operational teams and technology partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage clinical information system projects
• Optimise clinical workflows and drive the adoption of digital tools and automation solutions
• Develop user training programmes and documentation
• Keep clinical systems, policies and processes aligned with institutional and national requirements

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Epic-related disciplines or a related field
• Experience in healthcare informatics, clinical information systems, digital transformation, automation or project management is advantageous
• Good written and spoken communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI, RPA, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 applications and other digital tools is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
