Join the vibrant team at Caffe Fernet, a modern Italian restaurant bar with stunning Marina Bay views. As a Hospitality & Events Associate you will deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting the venue’s growing events portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑of‑house service, including order taking, table service and product recommendations, ensuring a polished venue environment.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of food, wine and cocktail menus to guide guests confidently.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar and FOH teams to guarantee smooth daily operations.
• Respond promptly to event enquiries, prepare proposals, confirmations and BEOs, and liaise with clients on menu and logistical requirements.
• Oversee event set‑up, service flow and guest experience, adapting to last‑minute changes while maintaining standards.
• Build and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a restaurant or cocktail‑bar environment.
• Previous exposure to events coordination or group bookings is an advantage.
• Passion for hospitality, high service standards and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, vibrant setting and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
