About the role
Join Marina Bay Sands as a Visitor Experience Agent, supporting the daily operations of its flagship attractions such as the Museum, SkyPark, Sampan Rides and Digital Light Canvas. You will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable visit.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent visitor experience across all attraction areas, including main admissions and public spaces.
- Engage guests professionally, answer enquiries and direct them to appropriate resources.
- Guide and support casual staff in visitor engagement and operational tasks.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and Service Quality Review standards.
- Maintain product knowledge of all offerings and safeguard museum artifacts when assigned.
- Uphold cleanliness and health‑safety standards at workstations.
- Perform shift duties responsibly and report to the Assistant Manager/Manager.
Required profile
- Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality or a recognised hospitality operations certificate (preferred).
- Prior experience in hospitality or tourism is advantageous.
- Strong guest‑relation and communication abilities.
- High energy, motivated and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Calm demeanor and good judgment under pressure.
- Professional appearance and well‑groomed.
