Host/Hostess – Guest Service Expert

About the role

Join The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore as a Host/Hostess, delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Guest Service Expert, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, manage reservations and seating arrangements.
• Communicate guest needs to the kitchen and service teams.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas, including workstations and supplies.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve minor issues promptly.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related hospitality experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on your feet, move across uneven surfaces, and perform basic lifting.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
