HR Advisor – Enterprise People Services

About the role

RTX is seeking an HR Advisor to join its Enterprise People Services team. The role will support RTX businesses in Singapore and New Zealand, providing complex HR advisory and transactional support across Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee Relations and Reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver complex HR advice and support across specialized services to people managers.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring high‑quality customer service.
• Provide expertise on Singapore HR policies, processes and procedures.
• Contribute to process optimisation, documentation and knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with managers, COEs, vendors and business‑unit HR partners.
• Monitor service level agreements and ensure delivery meets or exceeds targets.
• Apply the CORE framework to continuously improve process quality and compliance.
• Adhere to corporate data protection and confidentiality policies.

Required profile

• Strong HR generalist background with experience in at least one of Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Employee Relations or Reporting.
• Customer‑focused, proactive, energetic and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and switch between tasks quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.
