HR Business Partner / HR Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Business Partner / HR Specialist to join our regional HR team in Singapore. The role supports business operations across multiple regions, requiring occasional travel, and offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders and regional stakeholders on all HR matters.
• Deliver full‑spectrum HR services, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and day‑to‑day HR operations.
• Drive talent acquisition initiatives to meet regional hiring needs.
• Contribute to organization development, talent management, and employee engagement programs.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and systems.
• Coordinate regional HR projects and cross‑country initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Background in full‑spectrum HR, recruitment or organization development, preferably in a multinational corporation or large organization.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Mature, hands‑on, adaptable and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel overseas, including to West Africa, when required.
