Learning & Development Manager, SEAO

About the role

Richemont Southeast Asia & Oceania (SEAO) seeks an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead the design and execution of the regional L&D roadmap. Based in Singapore, you will collaborate with regional functions, Maison stakeholders, APAC L&D teams and the Richemont Retail Academy to build capability aligned with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse SEAO business needs and translate them into practical learning solutions that close competency gaps.
• Conduct learning needs assessments, recommend initiatives, and design delivery options that engage learners.
• Develop and maintain a SEAO learning catalogue, project plans and communication matrices consistent with Group L&D strategy.
• Manage the L&D budget, monitor expenses and allocate resources efficiently.
• Leverage internal resources and source external vendors to enrich the learning portfolio.
• Track and report on learning initiatives using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
• Facilitate or cascade key Richemont programs (onboarding, performance, feedback culture) with market‑specific adaptations.
• Design, implement and evaluate SEAO‑specific learning solutions, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
• Coordinate logistics for learning events within budget and timeline constraints.
• Build communities of learning across Group, Maison and functional teams to embed a strong learning culture.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to secure commitment for capability development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Learning & Development within a multinational or regional context.
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into effective learning programs.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships and reporting on learning impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across functions and levels.
• Ability to design and adapt learning solutions to diverse market needs.
