HR Business Partner (I/II) – Singapore

About the role

Halliburton is seeking an HR Business Partner (I/II) to support its Singapore operations. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating data and business needs into effective HR solutions that drive performance and talent development.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret business data and deliver regional or global HR services aligned with business objectives.
• Consult with local leadership on HR reporting, data interpretation, and alignment of HR metrics with business metrics.
• Coach and counsel leaders on people management and the impact of business decisions.
• Collaborate with HR functions and COEs to design and implement impactful HR solutions for regional or global challenges.
• Analyze HR and business trends, providing feedback to COEs, Service Centers, and business leaders.
• Support succession planning, leadership development, and timely resolution of employee relations issues.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant HR experience; Master's degree and professional HR certification are preferred.
• Ability to work independently under broad direction and deliver high‑quality HR services.
