HR Business Partner

About the role

This position provides both strategic and operational HR guidance to senior leaders of two beauty brands, ensuring HR initiatives align with business goals and drive a strong, collaborative culture.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver strategic and operational HR advice to senior leaders, anticipating HR needs for the brands.
• Partner across the HR function to deliver value‑added services that support business objectives.
• Improve work relationships, foster a unified culture, and boost productivity and retention.
• Act as a strategic partner, coach, change agent, and employee advocate.
• Translate business challenges into relevant HR actions and initiatives.
• Coordinate people‑cycle activities such as performance assessments, salary reviews, engagement surveys, recruitment, and salary requests.
• Equip managers with tools and knowledge for performance and career management.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to ensure consistent HR support.
• Support senior leaders in recruitment strategy and benchmark HR policies.
• Share best practices across functions and manage specific projects for SEA and Asia.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of HR Business Partner experience in fast‑paced sectors such as retail, hospitality, or food & beverage.
• Strong balance between HR advisory and operational execution.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Collaborative, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
