HR Business Partner & Recruiter – Retail (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who will also lead recruitment for our retail operations in Singapore. The role supports multiple brands such as ANTA, FILA, Salomon, Descente, Wilson and Arc’teryx, driving HR strategy and talent acquisition across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement retail HR strategies aligned with business plans for various brands in Singapore.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for frontline retail staff, including manpower planning, hiring execution, reporting, onboarding and work‑pass processing.
• Own and manage performance management and appraisal frameworks, ensuring consistent execution and continuous improvement.
• Review and optimise incentive and reward schemes to boost motivation, productivity and labour efficiency.
• Partner with retail leaders on workforce planning, payroll coordination, learning & development, employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters in compliance with local labour regulations.
• Analyse HR and people data to provide insights and recommendations that support business decisions and growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably within fashion or sportswear industries.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency with HR information systems and standard office software.
• Ability to handle sensitive HR data with discretion.
