HR Business Partner – Strategic Talent & People Management

About the role

The HR Business Partner will support Satair’s growth by delivering strategic and operational HR services. You will work closely with leaders to attract, retain, develop, and engage talent while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of People in implementing HR policies, programs, and services.
• Translate company and HR strategy into clear communication that influences and engages employees.
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to improve HR policies, benefits, and programs.
• Provide local guidance to managers on performance, talent development, employee engagement, and relations.
• Lead change‑management initiatives and support succession planning.
• Drive the annual HR cycle (performance calibration, salary review, etc.).
• Monitor compliance with labour laws, ethics, and data‑privacy regulations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of HR best practices across talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ability to coach managers and influence senior leaders.
• Experience diagnosing business issues and delivering appropriate HR solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, growth‑mindset attitude.
