HR Executive – Healthcare Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking an HR Executive to lead recruitment and HR operations for our healthcare staffing business. The role focuses on sourcing nursing professionals for locum, part‑time and ad‑hoc assignments and ensuring compliance with Singapore’s regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and onboard nursing talent for various assignment types, building a robust talent pipeline.
• Coordinate workforce planning to support business growth and manage shift‑based staffing.
• Verify and maintain staff credentials (SNB registration, practising certificates, BLS) and ensure regulatory compliance before deployment.
• Prepare employment contracts, manage onboarding for part‑time and locum staff, and maintain accurate HR records.
• Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, commissions, overtime claims and tax submissions; administer leave and medical benefits.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for clinical, office and warehouse employees, supporting engagement and performance appraisal processes.
• Assist with HR projects, organisational development initiatives and other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on HR experience, preferably in healthcare, medical recruitment or a nursing agency.
• Familiarity with managing locum, part‑time or shift‑based workforces.
• Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, MOM guidelines and SNB licensing requirements.
