HR Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to join our team in Singapore. This junior‑level position will support the HR function across recruitment, payroll, and general administration, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Post recruitment advertisements and schedule candidate interviews.
• Maintain brand consistency across all company materials and collaterals.
• Engage with internal staff and external vendors, handling communications and coordination.
• Manage office sundry purchases and generate regular reports.
• Administer payroll processing and work‑pass applications.
• Provide general administrative support as assigned.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in construction or a similar industry.
• Strong interest in human resources and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, resourceful, with good multitasking and organisational abilities.
