HR Executive – Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an HR Executive focused on recruitment to lead our talent acquisition efforts. You will manage the full hiring cycle, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs across departments.
• Coordinate work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related employment matters with Singapore authorities.
• Facilitate onboarding activities to ensure a positive experience for new hires.
• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment initiatives to strengthen the employer brand.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, HR databases, and employee documentation.
• Support other ad‑hoc HR duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in construction or engineering.
• Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM work‑pass processes is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
