HR Executive – Regional HRIS Focus

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to lead regional HRIS initiatives and drive digital transformation across our cybersecurity organization. Based in Bedok, you will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to streamline HR processes and enhance data-driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation, improvement, and maintenance of HRIS platforms.
• Lead HR digitalisation projects, automating workflows such as onboarding, leave, claims, and performance management.
• Review and optimise existing HR processes, identifying automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth system roll‑outs and integrations.
• Maintain data accuracy, enforce system controls, and produce clear documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and basic analyses to support business decisions.
• Provide general HR and administrative support, including tracking data and assisting with organisational changes.
• Coordinate staff engagement activities and company events, such as team‑bonding sessions and town halls.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience with exposure to HRIS, digital HR projects, and process automation.
• Hands‑on experience in payroll processing and working with payroll vendors.
• Familiarity with employment practices in Singapore, Malaysia or Hong Kong; multi‑country HR exposure is a plus.
• Experience using HR systems with advanced or automated features; ESG or HR data reporting experience is advantageous.
