Learning and Development Specialist

About the role

As a Learning and Development Specialist at TDCX, you will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance the capabilities of our workforce and support the service excellence promised to our partner brands. You will work closely with department heads and subject‑matter experts to align learning initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement training policies, procedures, and comprehensive programs.
• Design training modules tailored to individual, departmental, and company needs.
• Deliver in‑house training sessions using a variety of instructional methods.
• Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and maintain accurate training records for compliance and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE ‘A’ level or Diploma in any field.
• At least three years of relevant experience in a contact‑centre or service‑industry environment.
• Strong supervisory, written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in curriculum development and course material review.

Required skills

• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.
• Competence in e‑content creation and instructional design.
• Excellent presentation and training delivery abilities.
