HR Generalist

About the role

Fortiedge, a cybersecurity startup based in Singapore, is looking for an HR Generalist to act as an administrative and human‑resource partner for its growing team. You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee administration and office operations across the ASEAN region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: post jobs, source candidates, coordinate interviews, prepare offers and oversee onboarding.
• Draft HR policies, career‑progression frameworks and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate equipment provisioning, system access and workplace facilities for new hires.
• Handle payroll, leave administration, staff benefits, insurance renewals and maintain confidential employee records.
• Support performance reviews, team‑building events, welfare initiatives and employee engagement programs.
• Maintain training records and assist with training administration.
• Oversee office operations: procurement, equipment maintenance, fixed‑asset tracking and facilities management.
• Monitor inventory and pantry supplies, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
• Prepare occasional reports and presentation materials for team meetings.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in HR, office administration or a combined role.
• Strong professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
