HR Generalist – Recruitment, Employee Relations & Compliance

About the role

STACK Infrastructure APAC is looking for an experienced HR professional to manage a broad range of HR functions and support a fast‑growing data‑center business. You will ensure compliance with local regulations while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and HR policy administration.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Partner with managers and employees to resolve HR issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Support HR initiatives and company culture programs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and systems.
• Provide guidance and coaching to employees and managers as needed.
• Coordinate and deliver HR communications, training sessions, and workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to handle multiple HR functions effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to partner with diverse teams and build effective working relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HRIS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
