HR Manager – Asia Pacific

About the role

The HR Manager – Asia Pacific will act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, shaping exceptional employee experiences across the entire lifecycle. This role focuses on driving engagement, operational excellence, and embedding global HR initiatives that reflect Hilton’s culture, values, and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all Team Member touch points with a positive, process‑improvement mindset, seeking automation where possible.
• Lead onboarding initiatives, partnering with hiring managers to ensure seamless transitions from recruitment to engagement.
• Develop and maintain frameworks for continuous Team Member engagement, leveraging data such as the Global Team Member Survey.
• Automate recognition of key life‑experience moments (anniversaries, birthdays, relocations, etc.) and provide leaders with tools to celebrate them.
• Create engaging communications that promote participation in events and keep the workforce informed of regulatory updates.
• Collaborate with corporate communications to amplify regional initiatives through appropriate channels.

Required profile

• Strategic HR business partner with proven ability to influence senior leadership.
• Experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, and off‑boarding.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, regulatory requirements, and best‑practice processes.
• Demonstrated skill in driving process improvements and automation while maintaining a human touch.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences.
