HR Manager (Business Partner) - Services

About the role
The HR Manager (Business Partner) will lead core HR functions that drive organisational performance and employee engagement. You will act as a strategic partner to management while supporting day‑to‑day HR operations across the Services division.
Key responsibilities
- Support manpower planning and administration to ensure staffing needs are met.
- Manage rewards and recognition programmes that motivate and retain talent.
- Oversee career development and performance management processes.
- Partner with senior management to implement, communicate and govern HR policies.
- Engage employees and external stakeholders to foster a positive workplace culture.
Required profile
- Education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR management (preferred, but candidates with no experience may apply).
- Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) certification is a plus.
- Driven, results‑oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong time‑management skills.
