HR Manager – Compensation & Benefits & HR Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead the full employee lifecycle and drive HR operations, with a strong emphasis on compensation & benefits, payroll, and compliance. The role partners closely with business leaders to deliver effective HR solutions while ensuring regulatory adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and off‑boarding processes.
• Oversee payroll processing, leave administration, and employee benefits.
• Coordinate with outsourced payroll and insurance vendors, handling service reviews and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and maintain HR policies.
• Partner with business leaders on performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
• Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports, and support regulatory submissions.
• Drive learning & development initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Assist with HR projects and ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, with strong exposure to HR operations, payroll, and compensation & benefits.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage.
