HR Manager – Planning & Rewards (1‑year contract)

About the role

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Human Resource (Planning and Rewards) and is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of performance management, rewards cycles, employee benefits administration and HR analytics. It is a fixed‑term, 1‑year contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute annual appraisal cycles, manage timelines and administer the performance management module in the HRIS.
• Support HRIS enhancements, testing and prepare staff communication materials.
• Organise performance and rewards calibration sessions, collate and distribute rewards outputs, and prepare rewards letters.
• Deliver and continuously improve employee benefits programmes, ensuring compliance and alignment with organisational guidelines.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for benefits policy development and advise stakeholders.
• Oversee day‑to‑day benefits administration, including WICA reporting, vendor coordination, renewals and invoicing.
• Prepare and update manpower reports, workforce analytics, surveys and dashboards.
• Review and enhance HR processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide project‑management support for planning and rewards initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant HR experience, with proven expertise in managing employee benefits programmes.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, regulations and legislation.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
