HR Manager – Singapore Regional HQ

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to own the full HR function for our Singapore Regional Headquarters and support Employer‑of‑Record hiring across APAC. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will set HR strategy and execute it hands‑on, balancing high‑level design with day‑to‑day administration.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain job architecture, salary bands and compensation frameworks, benchmarked against market data.
• Lead salary increment cycles, share‑option pool allocation and promotion structures.
• Act as HR Business Partner for headcount planning, org‑structure decisions and budgeting; track costs against P&L.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment, including job description drafting, interview coordination, offers, onboarding and exit processes.
• Oversee EOR hiring across APAC, coordinate work‑pass renewals and payroll reconciliation.
• Handle office administration tasks such as payroll runs, work‑pass filings and general facilities coordination.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline routine HR processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a fast‑moving, start‑up‑like environment.
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategy independently.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in compensation design and budgeting.
• Comfortable juggling strategic work and operational tasks in the same day.
• Willingness to adopt modern AI tools to increase efficiency.
