HR & Manpower Manager (Military Expert)

About the role

You will act as the primary integrator for Military Expert (ME) manpower execution within the formation, turning policy, workforce data and on‑ground realities into actionable manpower solutions that sustain readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage integrated HR delivery for ME personnel (ME1 to ME3) across multiple units.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, postings, performance management, training, career development, discipline and sponsored studies.
• Coordinate exit management and interview board processes.
• Govern specialised compensation components for the Military Expert community.

Required profile

• Education in Human Resources, Engineering, Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in people engagement, career development, succession planning and performance management.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Innovative, proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement.
• Capacity to multitask and handle a high volume of work concurrently.
