HR Operations Executive – Singapore

About the role

Lenskart is expanding its omni‑channel eyewear platform across Southeast Asia and needs a hands‑on HR Operations Executive to anchor HR excellence in Singapore. You will own payroll, statutory compliance, government relations and the full employee lifecycle while mentoring a junior HR Operations resource.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, contracts, transfers, exits and maintain audit‑ready HRIS records.
• Ensure full compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and related statutory frameworks, handling MOM, CPF, IRAS portals independently.
• Oversee end‑to‑end work pass applications, renewals and liaison with MOM.
• Run payroll with 100% accuracy, manage statutory submissions, CPF contributions, tax filings and benefits administration.
• Partner with business leaders, finance and regional HR teams; manage HR vendors and service level agreements.
• Lead and develop the junior HR Operations Executive while staying hands‑on.

Required profile

• Singapore citizen (mandatory).
• 5+ years of HR Operations experience in Singapore.
• Deep knowledge of Singapore employment laws, statutory compliance and government portals.
• Proven payroll ownership with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management and documentation discipline.
