Total Rewards Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to support the attraction, engagement, and retention of key talent. You will work closely with the Senior Manager, Rewards and act as a trusted advisor on compensation and benefits policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support the annual merit and bonus review cycles, drafting and communicating guidelines.
• Analyze compensation data, prepare reports and insights for management discussion.
• Lead strategic compensation projects, including development and implementation of salary and bonus structures.
• Conduct job benchmarking and propose competitive salary recommendations using market surveys.
• Manage configuration and rollout of the Workday compensation module, including UAT testing and stakeholder training.
• Ensure data updates, validation, and cleansing to maintain data integrity.
• Partner with Employer Branding and Engagement teams on rewards‑related communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
• Strong knowledge of total rewards practices, job evaluation, salary structures, and market benchmarking.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and data interpretation skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday Compensation module.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
• Job benchmarking and market data analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
