HR Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of US‑based positions across engineering, land administration, GIS, drone operations and more. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and attract top talent that fits our culture and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for multiple departments, including land administration, title research, engineering, GIS, drone operations, and surveying.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, with a strong focus on LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter and Indeed.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) ensuring compliance with internal hiring processes.
• Build and sustain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in energy, oil & gas, utilities, construction or other fast‑paced project‑based industries.
• Proven ability to handle high‑volume, high‑urgency recruiting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of US labor laws and hiring compliance.
