HR Specialist / Coordinator / Manager – Full‑Cycle HR Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead and support all human‑resources operations across the employee lifecycle. You will design and implement HR programs that boost engagement, improve performance, and drive long‑term business success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and compensation & benefits.
• Collaborate with business leaders, finance, payroll, legal, and talent acquisition to deliver aligned HR solutions.
• Maintain HRIS, prepare dashboards, analyse workforce data, and produce regular HR reports.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, change‑management activities, and continuous process improvements.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Proven experience in HR operations, employee relations, talent management, or people‑operations roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, performance management, and compensation.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
